"CALDWELL TIME COMPANY"




"Livin' On Caldwell Time" is the slogan for the new Caldwell Time Company watch line, the brainchild of Bill Warren, president of The Gold Mine Fine Jewelry & Gifts, Inc. in downtown Hudson.  The idea of a watch company honoring Caldwell County came about as he was thinking of a unique way to market a product developed for Caldwell County and something that would set his jewelry store apart from others.  Thus, a new branded niche product that can only be had in Caldwell county was born.



Once he decided to pursue a watch bearing the name of Caldwell county, he contacted a well respected watch and watch parts manufacturer to help make his dream a reality.  Upon their acceptance of the idea, Warren and the manufacturer worked hand in hand to develop and design a quality watch line which took several months to bring to fruitition.

  

 

 

 There are over 40 different styles of watches available to both men and women in price ranging from $150 to $800 putting the watch line in easy reach of everyone's budget.  The line includes everyday models, sports styles, dress watches with diamonds as well as waterproof models for the diver in the family. 
Long term plans for The Gold Mine include transitioning their entire watch line to exclusively Caldwell Time Company watches.

Recently, these watches were featured in such publications as the Hickory Daily Record, The Lenoir Newstopic and The Caldwell County Chamber of Commerce Newsletter for innovation and creativity of design.
